KTP crystals are grown by hydrothermal method to avoid the “gray trace” effect in the process of use. The crystal absorption is lower, the laser damage threshold is higher, and the medium power laser can work for a long time.

Features:

n   Low absorption coefficient: less than 180ppm cm-1@1064nm and less than 2000ppm cm-1@532nm.

n   The resistivity: more than 1011.

n   While used in electro-optical modulation, no black phenomenon.

n   Contrast ratio: more than 20dB ,While used in electro-optical modulation.

n   No piezoelectric ringing effect.

n   It can work at high repetition frequency: 1-1MHz.

n   The length uniformity of crystal elements is high While two pieces are used together.

n   Laser damage threshold: 1GW/cm2@1064nm,10Hz repetition frequency,10ns pulse width.
